Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you or your business at any time. This page explains how, including for data we receive from Facebook and Instagram through our app, AI Partnerships Web Tools.
Option 1: Email us
Send an email to info@ai-partnered-solutions.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:
- Your name and your business name.
- The Facebook Page or Instagram account involved, if any.
- Whether you'd like everything deleted, or only certain information (for example, only your Facebook and Instagram data).
We'll confirm we received your request within two business days, and we may contact you to confirm that the request really comes from you or your business.
Option 2: Remove our app from Facebook or Instagram
This immediately stops our access to your accounts.
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Find Apps and websites (for a Page, look under Business integrations).
- Select AI Partnerships Web Tools and choose Remove.
- Open Instagram and go to Settings.
- Choose Website permissions or Apps and websites.
- Select AI Partnerships Web Tools and choose Remove.
If you added Walkthrough Web as a partner on your Facebook Page or in your Meta Business Suite instead, remove us from your Page's partner or business settings. Removing access stops us from using your accounts. To make sure the data we already received is deleted too, also send us an email as described in Option 1.
What we delete
Within 30 days of your request, we delete:
- Access tokens and connection details for your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Data we received from Meta, such as Page and post statistics and post drafts.
- Your business content, reports and contact details, if you've asked us to delete everything.
We'll email you when the deletion is complete.
What we may need to keep
We may keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and a record that you asked for deletion so we honor it. Anything already published on your own website or social accounts stays there, since those accounts belong to you, and you can remove it yourself.
