Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026  ·  Walkthrough Web, a service of AI Partnerships LLC

These terms apply to walkthroughweb.com and to the services Walkthrough Web provides. Walkthrough Web is a service of AI Partnerships LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms. If you're a client, your quote or written agreement with us also applies, and it controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Our services

We build and host websites for restaurants and other small businesses, and offer add-ons such as online ordering setup, local presence management (menu, hours, Google Business Profile and listing updates, and monthly reports) and social media management. Current packages and prices are on our Pricing page. The exact scope, price and timeline for your project are set in your quote before we start.

You own your site and accounts

  • Your domain, hosting account, Google Business Profile, social media accounts and payment or ordering accounts are registered in your name, or transferred to you, and belong to you.
  • You keep ownership of everything you give us: your menu, photos, logo, recipes, text and other content. You give us permission to use that content only to provide our services to you.
  • With your permission, we may show your finished site in our samples or portfolio. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
  • If you leave, we'll help hand everything over. Nothing is locked to us.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information, and let us know when something changes, such as prices, hours or menu items.
  • Only give us content you have the right to use, such as photos you took or licensed.
  • Review and approve social media posts and major site changes when we ask.
  • Open and keep your own payment processing account (for example Square, Clover or Toast). It requires your bank details, which we never ask for.
  • Keep your own logins secure, and tell us if you think an account has been compromised.

Social media management

When you hire us to manage your social media, you authorize us to draft, schedule and publish posts and to view statistics on the accounts you connect, within the permissions you approve. We publish only content you've approved, either post by post or through a plan you've signed off on. You can disconnect our access at any time from your Facebook or Instagram settings, or by asking us.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help draft content, organize information and analyze statistics. A person on our team reviews the work before anything is published for you. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Third-party platforms

Your site and services rely on platforms we don't control, including Cloudflare, Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), domain registrars, payment processors and delivery apps such as DoorDash and Uber Eats. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages, fees, policy changes or decisions, such as a platform removing a post or suspending an account, but we'll help you deal with them.

Fees and cancellation

  • Build fees, monthly fees and payment timing are set out in your quote or agreement.
  • Monthly services, such as hosting or the Local Presence Package, can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and there's no long-term contract unless your agreement says otherwise.
  • If a monthly hosting fee goes unpaid, we'll contact you before anything is paused, and we'll still help you move your site and domain if you decide to leave.

Website content

The information on walkthroughweb.com is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but prices and package details may change; your quote is what applies to your project.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep your site online and your information current, but we can't promise that any website, platform or service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our services will produce a particular number of customers, orders or sales. Except as stated in these terms or your agreement, our services are provided "as is".

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AI Partnerships LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change significantly affects current clients, we'll tell you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
