Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026  ·  Walkthrough Web, a service of AI Partnerships LLC

This policy explains what information Walkthrough Web collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Walkthrough Web is a service of AI Partnerships LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). If you have questions, email info@ai-partnered-solutions.com or call (615) 562-2995.

Information we collect

When you visit walkthroughweb.com

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (city or region), the type of device and browser, and how people arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
  • Product analytics and session recordings. We use PostHog to see how visitors use our pages, for example which buttons get tapped, where people scroll, and where a page breaks, so we can fix problems. PostHog may record anonymous replays of visits; anything typed into a form field is hidden and never recorded. It also logs technical errors your browser runs into on our pages. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, PostHog does not collect anything.
  • Hosting and security logs. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
  • The site has no sign-up or contact form, and we don't ask visitors for personal information.

When you contact us

If you email, call, text or message us on Facebook or Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

When you become a client

  • Business information and content you give us to build and run your site: your menu, prices, hours, photos, logo, descriptions and similar material.
  • Account access you choose to grant, such as access to your domain, hosting, Google Business Profile or ordering system, so we can set things up for you. Accounts stay in your name.
  • Billing details. Payments are handled by payment processors. We don't receive or store full card or bank account numbers.
  • Website and listing statistics, such as visits, order-button taps and calls, which we use to prepare your monthly reports.

When you connect Facebook or Instagram

If you hire us to manage your social media, you may connect your Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to our app, AI Partnerships Web Tools, or add us as a partner on your Page. Through Meta's platform we may receive:

  • Your Page or account name, ID and profile details.
  • Access tokens that let us act on your behalf within the permissions you approve.
  • Posts we draft, schedule or publish for you, and the content of your existing posts where needed to do that work.
  • Statistics for your Page, account and posts (for example reach, engagement and follower counts).
  • Comments on your posts, only if you ask us to help monitor or respond to them.

We request only the permissions needed for the services you've asked for, and nothing is published without your approval.

How we use information

  • To build, host and update your website and listings, and to provide the services you've asked for.
  • To draft, schedule and publish social media posts you have approved, and to report on how they perform.
  • To prepare your monthly insights reports, including month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons.
  • To reply to you, send quotes and invoices, and provide support.
  • To understand and improve our own website and keep it secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

AI tools. We use AI tools, such as Anthropic's Claude, to help draft content, organize information and analyze statistics. A person on our team reviews the work before anything is published for you. We use AI providers under business terms that do not allow them to train their models on the information we send, and we don't use your information to train AI models ourselves.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising. We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us run the business, such as Cloudflare (hosting), Google (analytics and business tools), PostHog (product analytics), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), payment processors and AI providers, each only as needed to provide their service to us.
  • With the platforms you ask us to publish to, such as posting your approved content to your Facebook Page.
  • If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, the public or us.
  • In a business transfer, if AI Partnerships LLC is merged or sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Facebook and Instagram data

Information we receive through Meta's platform is used only to provide services to the business that connected it. We don't sell it, use it for advertising or profiling, or share it with anyone except the service providers described above. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared. When you disconnect our app or end the service, we stop accessing your accounts, and we delete the data we received from Meta within 30 days unless you ask us to keep your report history or we're required by law to keep something. You can request deletion at any time; see our Data Deletion page.

How long we keep information

  • Client content and reports: while you're a client, so we can keep your site current and compare your results over time; after that, until you ask us to delete them, or for up to two years.
  • Facebook and Instagram data: as described in the section above.
  • Messages and inquiries: as long as needed to respond and follow up.
  • Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Security

We protect information with access controls, two-factor login on our accounts, encrypted storage for passwords and access tokens, and by limiting access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a problem affects your data.

Your choices

  • Access, correction and deletion. Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@ai-partnered-solutions.com.
  • Disconnecting social accounts. You can remove our app from your Facebook or Instagram settings at any time. See Data Deletion for the steps.
  • Analytics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. To opt out of PostHog, turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser.

Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses. They're not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change significantly affects how we use client information, we'll tell our clients directly.
